I got up with the boys this morning and the first thing Tayden wanted to do was go find Jared. He is the epitome of a daddy's boy. He will always choose Jared over me if given the choice..he said "dada" before he said "mama" and although he knows both words whenever I say "say mama" he smiles and laughs and responds, "dada." He thinks it is the funniest thing. He fully knows what he is doing when he says that. Now that Jared is gone during the week it makes it even more exciting for Tayden when he comes home....Tayden won't let Jared out of his sight. He follows him around and if Jared tries to hand him off and go do something with out him Tayden will break down in tears and throw himself on the floor like he is dying.
So I shouldn't have been surprised when I went and got Tayden out of his room this morning and he kept saying "dada." When I let him down he walked right over to our room and waited at the door for me to open it. Of course he wanted to go straight to Jared....the little cuddle bug layed his head on Jared's shoulder and stayed there for like 30 mins...it was really sweet.
We lived after the manner of happiness . . .
