We had a great Easter weekend. The festivities started for us on Thursday night...Jared had to work a swing shift so I took the boys out to Frogley's and joined everyone for the "Journey to Jerusalem." It was a short program put on by Frogley's ward and it was so good. The spirit was so strong there, and I was so impressed with how reverent and well behaved Boston was. He was such a good boy. When we finished all of us girls made a los betos run to get food for everyone. It was so much fun. Then Friday we all hung out a little bit....Saturday we got up and had a brunch and an Easter egg hunt for the kids. The food was amazing, and the kids loved running around to find all the hidden treasures. It was nice and sunny (later on in the day at least....it started out kind of overcast.) and warm enough to sit outside. I loved it. Today we had a nice day at church...although we missed the memo that our time had finally changed (since our building was out of commission for a while) and we were 30 minutes late....I was so proud of us cause I thought we were a good 5 minutes early. Hahaha I was so wrong. Anyway here are some pictures from the Easter egg hunt...I actually had someone take some pictures with me in them, but go figure, I hated all of them. So sorry kids I will not be gracing you with my presence this time. The lovely host's....we had the gathering at their house. I love these guys.
I pulled out my camera and this was the face Kole gave me....what a sass. He was so funny cause as we were hiding eggs for the big kids he was walking around picking them up and opening them and eating all the candy. He is so cute.
