Pumpkin Patch.

Today we joined all of the Frogley family and took Boston to the pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin with Jared to carve. It was really cold, but really fun. We had everyone there....Jared's parents, all his brothers and their wives and kids, and of course Crystal, Heidi, and Chase. We loaded up on this huge trailor full of hay that was pulled by a tractor. Boston thought it was pretty cool. Then once we got out to the patch Jared went and found the biggest pumpkin he could carry. That was the rule....any adult could get any size of pumpkin for 7.50 (I know a total rip off) as long as they could carry it. Jared found a pretty sweet pumpkin...I am so mad though cause I forgot my camera. I might be able to get some pictures from someone in the family. Anyway it really felt like fall/winter out there today. We had coats and hats and I wished that I had brought some gloves too. Once we were done we went back to Frogley's and had soup and scones to celebrate Brent's birthday....it was so yummy. Anyway I love the fall...

So fun! I really wanted to go pumpkin shopping this year in a real patch... but I've resigned to the fact that if we do even get one the grocery store is the farthest we will go. $7.50 is totally worth it for the experience!

Did you go to The Berry Patch? That's where we went. I thought it was definitely worth the $7.50...it's so much fun. It will be even better, though, when Elsie appreciates it. This time it was all for me!

Yeah we went to the berry patch. I thought it was worth it considering Jared found a HUGE pumpkin, but the fact that the little kid pumpkins are 3.50 makes it kinda hard cause it's only for the size they can carry. So we didn't have Boston pick one...he just helped Jared. It really was fun. It will be better when Boston can pick a good sized one and be able to carry it....that will make it even more worth it.

I love going to the pumpkin patch every year. It's one of those things that makes me happy. We are going tonight in fact.

Sounds fun! I keep meaning to ask how you are feeling?! Isn't this about when you had Boston? Is everything looking ok to the Doc's, think you will make it full term? Hope all is well. I went for an appointment today, but I have been having contractions quite a bit already and she is gonna run some tests and do an ultrasound today to see how everything looks. Lets just say I CAN'T be on bed rest, lol way too much to do! Love you!
