Just Another Day.

I got up this morning and decided to make some cookies to take to work because one of my friends (Wendy) that I work with is leaving us...I am so sad. I went to school with Wendy and it has been so much fun working the evenings with her....I don't even know what I am going to to with out her there. Anyway I told Boston he could help me...and he loved it. I let him make a total mess with the beaters when we were done cause I knew I was just going to throw him in the bath. I love making cookies mainly because I love the dough....forget the cookies! I am all about the dough....ohhh yummy. When we were done I took Boston to Carl's Jr. to play for a little bit before he needed to take a nap and I needed to head to work. On the way home I wasn't paying very close attention to how fast I was going because I was talking to Boston, but I came up to this area where there are cops parked all the time clocking people....sure enough right as I came to the area there was a cop on a motorcycle and I hadn't even noticed him till I was like right there. I looked down and I was going like 6 or 7 over (not too bad) so I slowed down, but as I looked into my mirror I saw him pulling out to follow me. No big deal....I pulled onto one of the side roads got my liscense out and my other stuff and had it ready right when he came up to my window. I had nothing to hide...it's not like I was FLYING down the road and I slowed down. I thought there was not way he would give me a ticket. He came to the window and as I handed him my stuff he said, "well you were going a little fast but I am pulling you over cause you didn't have your seatbelt on, but it looks like you do now..." What? No it was there....I didn't quickly put it on...I always wear my seatbelt, especially cause my car has this annoying beeping sound if you don't put it on. So I said, "Oh no I had it on...I promise. I didn't touch anything" The officer was really nice and was like, "Ok well that's what I was pulling you over for so have a nice day...." Gotta love that! I don't think he even looked at my stuff really. Hahaha...anyway here are some pictures from our cookie making time. Oh and just a side note...I finally broke down and just got Tayden his antibiotic. It was time. As soon as I started giving it to him he started sleeping normal again. It's only been three days, but I have had two nights now that he has slept through the night like he used to! Yipee! He really must not have felt very good at all. Poor guy.

I'm glad you didn't get a ticket.

I'm so envious of the fact Tayden sleeps through the night. I can't wait for that day...hopefully it will come soon.

The dough is by far the best part! And you went to Carl's Jr. without me?!!!

I pretty much just make cookies for the dough. I usually will even save some and keep it int he fridge. I always have the intentions to make more another day, but I usually eat it before the cookies ever get made. And the best part, my husband isn't really a dough eater, he was never really allowed when he was little because of raw eggs or something, I say I haven't died yet from the raw eggs so I will keep eating it! Plus more for me!!! I love the dough of practically anything! Cake batter is probably one of my favs!

Hey! I found your blog off of Abby's, and thought I'd say hello. The pictures of your boys are adorable, so much fun I bet. Take care, and feel free to check us out sometime.

Lucky break with the cop, and I too am envious...when will Makenna sleep through the night? I guess I shouldn't complain yet at 3 months...Marlee was 16 months when she finally started!

Are you sure he didn't say
"uh I was pulling you over because you are so HOT, I just wanted to check you out and maybe get your digits. But I see that you have kids so I'm a Retard"
You should have said "Thanks for protecting and serving officer" as he walked away... how Retarded! OWWWie I hate gay officers like that.
Ok can you tell I have some issues?
Love the pictures!-n
