Bob the Builder.

So Bob is like family to us...he is September's dad...was Jared's boss for several years...and is grandpa Bob to Boston. He is like a big sweet teddy bear and has always been one of my favorite people. I don't know if anyone remembers, but last year he found out he had cancer...bladder cancer. He got in a really bad motorcycle accident and they actually ended up finding the tumor in his bladder when they did a CT scan after his wreck. Luckily it hadn't spread and they were able to perform surgery to remove the tumor. Just like that he was cancer free. Since then he has been going in every three months for check ups. In October at his routine check up everthing looked really good. Then three weeks ago when he went in for another routine check up they found three new cancerous tumors in his bladder....just like that...in such a short amount of time the cancer is back. This really is the worst timing for Bob and Jennifer...I hate to see such difficult things happen to such amazing people. Bob went in for surgery today and they said it was a success. They were able to remove all the tumors and are hopeful that after he does some chemo treatments he will be back up and running. We hope and pray that Bob will have a fast recovery and will over come this again. He is a serious fighter...if you know him, you know what I am talking about. He kinda has this rough exterior, but once you know him you see what a good genuine person he is. He is an amazing example to me and my family. He is always so kind, thoughtful, generous, and loving, and truly an example of what being christ like is all about. Bob is a convert to the church which makes his example and testimony even more awesome to me. We love you Bob and we know that you can get through this.

I'm sorry to hear that. Please give September our love and tell her that they will be in our prayers. It is so much like my dad, it's scary. I have always heard good things about Bob, I wish him the best. We can't wait to see you!

Oh NO! I love Bob! You tell him Brandon and I are thinking of him and will keep him in our prayers! Give September a hug for me. Let me know if there is anything we can do.

Dang, that's brutal. Bob is a phenomenol guy. Glad to hear everything went well w/ the surgery and hope things continue to look up w/ the chemo.
