Mr. Mom.

I feel so blessed to not only have a guy that is the best husband in the world, but that is also the most amazing dad I could have ever imagined for my kids. Since things got turned upside down in our little family and Jared and I basically had to swap roles, I have been so appreciative of how Jared has stepped into being "mr. mom" without hesitation, question, or any problem at all. He is so good with the boys. He keeps them scheduled and entertained, but still enforces discipline and rules. He knows exactly what they need or want with every little peep or cry that comes out of either of their mouths. Honestly...I think he does a better job at being a mom than I do! Once things are finally back to normal I fear that my boys will be asking me daily to have dad watch them instead of mom. They love him...and he is so good at what he does.

I have always said that Jared has this crazy intelligence and knowledge when it comes to just about anything....I have since found out that parenting is not to be excluded from this knowledge. I constantly find myself asking him what to do about something concerning the boys and he always has the right answer.

I know that being a mom (or a stay home parent in this case) isn't always easy or fun. I am so blessed that I have a husband that makes it look like a walk in the park...that he's also enjoying. Thanks babe for being such an amazing husband and father. We really are so blessed to have you.
