I've been Busy.

Ok so this is supposed to be a journal for the family and it has been awhile since I graced this blog with my words of wisdom. I have had a lot on my mind. School really didn't go as planned because my math teacher was a S.O.B. I have now resorted to an online class through ISU. I don't have the time to go to class because I don't want Myca to work full time. I have made the decision to work out at Gowen Field. I have to wear my uniform and shave my face. I think that it works out considering I will have to stay clean cut when and if I become a cop, fuzz, po-po, pig and any other names they are called. I tested with Boise City, Nampa(gangville), and ADA county. The test was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be but I smoked all the strength ability test like push-ups,vertical jump, sit-ups even the 300 meter sprint. The thorn in my side was the 1 1/2 mile. I still passed but I could have do better. It's all a waiting game now. Either way I look at it the career that chooses me will be a life style change. I don't think that it will be that different from what I saw in war.
I have been working out at the base with some of my commanders and in this time they have presented me with the opportunity to go and fly the AH_64 attack Helos. If you have followed my life story that was why I joined the Army.......to fly and play a real life video game. LTC Clemens and Cpt. Amthor know that my contract is up in July. I have a lot of thing to think about in the next 6-8 months. I think that it is inevitable that we will have to return to war regardless of how the elections turn out. In think that we will be in Afghanistan for awhile just like Korea. I have mixed feeling about the next life changing choices that Myca and I will have to make as a family. I think with the lords help we will be fine and I really feel like we will be where he wants us to be.
It has been fun being home with the boys on MON. and TUES. nights wile Myca has been at work. Boston is really taking an interest in every sport he can think of. He takes the football throws it in the air and tries to kick it. Myca and I got him a bat, ball, and glove. I will post a video of Boston that has been non stop since yesterday.

Well thats the story of the last few weeks. Tayden is growing fast the little man is now almost 14 lbs. Everyone says how big he is but he's still my little one. His new nickname is TANK and we all know who "papi" is and if you don't know you can guess. Myca is a worry wart but she has been really good about the things that are coming up. She is actually excited that things will pan out or maybe she just really wants me to find a real job???????? remember I'm rad and your not. peace Jared

Sounds like you have your spiritual priorities in order and you will be fine. Can't wait to hear what direction you go in!

Boston is too cute so grown up! My mom made Evan the same fleece pants that Boston is wearing int he video for christmas. too funny!

Wish we lived closer Seger and Tayden would totally be two peas in a pod, we call him "chunky monkey" mostly. And Boston and Evan would have a hoot together too. Maybe soon?!

The other part of rad is here with his advice take the helo-job. I didn't know it was an option, and you sound more excited about that than any of those other options, besides we'll come wrestle greased pigs, naked, in Arkansas with ya'll. Go Razorbacks.

Ok that's not me! Boston is so cute with his bat. But I can't get that picture out of my mind of you walking around with the bat (when in war be weary of the attack) when we were in Idaho... Please don't teach him that!-n
can't wait to see you

How fun that the comments in your post are turning into a high school reunion. I have actually been looking at your blog for awhile through Suzy's. I am somewhat of a blog-stalker! Maybe someday I will get a real hobby.

Your kids are way cute and looks like you have a happy little family. It is so fun to be able to catch up with people.

Take care!
