Oh To Be 4 Months Old.

Tayden had his 4 month appointment today. Everything went pretty good. He weighed....wait for it....a whopping 15 lbs and 13 oz. What a tank....he was 25.5 inches tall. So he is in the 75% for both height and weight. The doctor did check out his lungs and nose and all that good stuff and gave me an antibiotic for him since it has now been over 2 months since all of his congestion and stuff started. He told me I could give it a few more days before I go and get the medicine though cause I really don't want to have to put him on an antibiotic, but if it hasn't gotten better than to start him on it. I guess that's just how it goes. Other than that, the little man is doing great. He spits up a ton, but it is obviously not affecting his weight...so no worries there. He is a happy little boy that is jabbering a ton and giggles all the time....I actually think he is really turning into a daddy's boy....he loves his dad. He lights up every time he sees him or even hears his voice. He turns and you can see him scanning the room and searching for his dad's face. So cute.
Boston did pretty good at the appointment only because I told him that if he was good we were going to go to Carl's Jr. and eat and play in the kid area. Even with all that incentive he still ripped a page out of one of the books in the doctor's office....for the second time! Seriously!? He never does that at home....probably cause all of his books are the cardboard ones instead of real paper pages. Oh well....Once we finished I met up with September at Carl's Jr and we let the boys run around and play. They loved it! Except this stinkin kid who had to have been at least 7 or 8 came over and started bugging them and bullying them....but Boston wasn't having any of it. He at one point pushed the kid off his toy when he was really bugging him....the kid started to whine...and I was like, "are you kidding me?" He was like 5 years older and 2 feet taller than Boston....give me a break. Then the kid was like really trying to bug them, throwing stuff at them and trying to knock them down, but they didn't even care. He was like, "that will teach you to mess with me..." And Boston just ran past him like, "Whatever..." Once Boston was out of the room the kid was like, " that's what I thought..." and went to jump up on this padding, but it slipped out from under him and he landed flat on his back. I had to laugh....what a bully.
Anyway...sorry no pictures...I need to take some more.

That's amazing that boston wasn't intimidated by the bully. And my babies spit up ALL THE TIME. I had to put a huge blanket out on my floor so that they could continue to spit up without ruining my whole house. I hope it doesn't last as long for you.
