One of Those People.

I think there are few people (aside from family) in your life that you will meet at a young age and instantly connect with them. Not only instantly connect....but become really close and true friends. Someone that you will throughout the years become closer and closer too, and that even when you have both grown up....moved far away....gotten married....and even maybe had a baby or two.....you both still know how to make each other laugh, and cry, and think about one another often. You can go months without talking to them and still pick up right where you left off. You still know some of their favorite things....and just what will make them smile....and they know the exact same about you. Kristen is one of those people to me. I went to get the mail late last night and found that I had received a package from Kristen. I don't know if I have ever met someone as thoughtful and caring as Kristen. She sent me a sweet package with peanuts from their plane ride home(2 months ago) for Boston because he loves them. Then there was a CD of all the pictures she had taken of my boys, and then the most adorable picture of the two of us from her wedding. I love this girl! She is seriously like my second sister. I met Kristen when I was in 6th grade, and we instantly became friends and our friendship has just grown since then....now 11 years later we are still the best of friends. Kristen I love you to death! Thank you so much for being such a sweet friend. I am truly blessed to have someone like you in my life.
