You Have What All Over Your Finger?

This morning was a little crazy to say the least. I got up early to get ready for work (I hate it when I have to work the weekend) and of course Boston was up just as early. He used to be so good at sleeping till at least 8:00, but those days are no more. He is always up before 7:00 now wanting to watch a show. Anyway I got him situated on the couch and got him chocolate milk so that he would leave Jared alone and let him sleep for a while. Jared didn't get to bed last night till 3:00 because he waited up to pick up Brandon from the airport and his flight just kept getting delayed...so I wanted him to be able to sleep for a little bit. After I finished getting ready Tayden woke up and I was just going to nurse him in the room and put him right back to bed so Jared could still sleep, but Boston came in throwing a fit and by the time I was done feeding Tayden he was wide awake cause Boston had been so loud. By that point I was cutting it close to get to work on time. So I layed Tayden awake in bed with Jared and I was on my way. I am at work right now so I managed to avoid what was to come next for the morning's agenda. Jared called me and told me this is how the rest of his morning went....He was laying in bed exhausted trying to get Tayden back so sleep and right when he almost had him asleep Boston walked into the dark room saying, "Dad look what I have on my finger....look at my finger...." Well it was way too dark for Jared to see anything so he asked him what it was, but Boston just replied, "just look at it dad." Jared still couldn't see anything so he just told him to go wipe his hand off in the bathroom. So Boston went into our bathroom and was like, "I can't dad I'm gonna get it everywhere..." So by that point Jared figured he probably better get up and see what it was. To his suprise when he walked into the bathroom and looked Boston was standing there naked from the waste down with poop all over his hand and legs. Apparently he had gone poop, and when there was no one there to help him wipe he got down to go find Jared. Jared said there was poop everywhere.....like a little trail from his bathroom to our bedroom. So he cleaned Boston up and the hallway and the bathroom and finally went out to sit on the couch and watch TV....there was no point in him trying to go back to sleep now cause it wasn't gonna happen. He said as he was watching TB with his feet propped up on the coffee table he had an itch on the top of his foot so he started to rub the top of his foot with his other foot to scratch it...when he looked down there was poop all over his foot. I was laughing histarically when he told me that part of the story....like tears in my eyes...oh too funny. He was like, "how did I get poop all over my foot and not even notice it?! Nasty!"
So I am not glad that I had to work today, but so glad that I missed out on the poop fest. Sorry sweetie....I love you though.
