Boston.

Even though Boston is definitely going through a stage of testing his limits, being mischievous, and maybe not listening all the time, I have notice a huge difference in this little boy. I see what a sweet and tender heart he has and hope that he will continue to let that shine through as he grows up. I am so impressed at the rate he is learning. I have been working on his abc's with him and he can sing the whole song through by himself without help....although according to him there are 3 S's in the alphabet. He can also tell me the sounds that the letters A-H make. He learned a little sign that goes with each of them to help him remember. He came up to me the other day and pointed out the letter B in something and said, "look mom, I have that letter in my name..." I have noticed that his attention span has increased and he is doing so much better at listening and following instructions. I was out running errands with him the other day and I told him that if he sat patiently and quietly(we have been working really hard on learning patience) I would let him pick out something special. He did so good and at the end of the trip he picked out a 100 piece dinosaur puzzle. We got home and he really wanted to put it together, but I thought there was no way he would sit there and try and help me put it together....I thought he would get bored or loose interest....but I put Tayden down for a nap and started it with him anyway. He sat there the whole time with me, helping me put the pieces together....and he actually figured out some pieces that I couldn't. It was so sweet to spend sometime with him where he was happy and completely involved with what we were doing. I am so proud of my little boy....who really is not so little anymore. He melts me heart with his big brown eyes. He challenges me daily, and I am definitely learning patience myself, but I would not trade it for anything. He is the little boy that made me a mother, and the little man that got me through almost two years without Jared. I love you little Boston man....
A trip down memory lane.....
Just two days old...still at the hospital. Man he has changed so much.

Here he was just ten days old. He was so little and precious. I can't even believe how small he was.
Here he is about 3 months old. He looked like my little mexican baby...he was so dark. About 4 and a half months here....so stinkin cute.

Here he is about 10 months old....I think this was around easter. His first birthday....he was so excited for all the wrapping paper and toys.

Here he is about 15 months old....he looked so grown up to me then....
